Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your purchase and use of products sold by Everwise Digital through theoffdutyplan.com ("we", "us"). By buying or using our products you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

A licence to access digital training material and digital assets in our online portal, plus any add-ons you select at checkout. Access is personal and non-transferable.

2. Delivery

Access details are emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally immediately after payment. AI-generated asset builds are queued and generated after purchase; this can take up to 24 hours. If you have not received access, email [email protected].

3. Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are charged by our payment processor, Stripe. One-time products are charged once. The Platinum Club membership is a recurring monthly charge of $97 until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep everything already delivered.

4. Refunds

Set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. No earnings claims

We make no claim, express or implied, about income, revenue, followers, brand deals or results of any kind. Nothing we publish is a promise of a result. Any market figures we cite describe the market, not your outcome. What you receive is the material and assets listed on the sales page. What you do with them is yours.

6. Intellectual property and your licence

Course material, templates, prompts and portal software remain our property. You may use the AI assets generated for your account commercially, including in your own content and paid ads. You may not resell, share or redistribute the course material, prompt libraries or portal access.

7. Acceptable use

You will not use the AI assets to impersonate a real identifiable person, to create sexual content involving minors, to mislead people about a material fact, or in any way that breaks the law or the terms of the platform you publish on. We may terminate access without refund for breaches of this clause.

8. AI-generated content

Assets are produced by third-party AI models. Output varies, may contain imperfections, and is not guaranteed to be unique. Platform rules on AI-generated and synthetic media change; complying with the rules of the platforms you post on is your responsibility.

9. Third parties

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you buy. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered address, shown on our Business Information page.
