Everwise Digital operates theoffdutyplan.com. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

You give us: name, email address, and the details you enter when you buy or contact support.
Payment: card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We keep the order record and the last four digits.
Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you reached us, through cookies and similar technology.
In the portal: your login, lesson progress and the AI assets generated for you.

Why we use it

To take payment, give you access, deliver and store your assets, provide support, keep records the law requires, prevent fraud, measure our advertising, and — if you opt in — send you emails about our products. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email.

Advertising and analytics

We may use advertising and analytics tools (for example Meta and Google) which set cookies and receive events such as "page viewed" or "purchase" so we can measure ads. These tools may combine that with data they already hold about you. You can limit this in your browser settings or through those platforms' own ad settings.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who need it to run the business: our payment processor (Stripe), email and CRM tooling, hosting, our portal and AI generation providers, and advertising/analytics platforms as described above. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

Prompts and inputs used to build your assets are processed by third-party AI providers to generate your output. Do not enter other people's personal data or images you do not have the rights to.

How long we keep it

Order and tax records for as long as the law requires. Portal accounts and generated assets while your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing contact data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to marketing, or ask us to restrict processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our products are not sold to anyone under 18.
